Jessica Keesee and Anthony J. Zucchero, Ph.D. have joined Meunier Carlin & Curfman, LLC to provide support to several additional key practice areas.

Ms. Keesee, who is an Associate, focuses on patent prosecution, due diligence and portfolio management in the electrical, mechanical and medical device areas. Her experience includes work as an associate attorney in private practice and as a law clerk in the technology transfer office of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

She has a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Mechanical Engineering and received a J.D. from Georgia State University. Her industry experience includes work with Elekta and Lucent Technologies in the areas of mechanical engineering.

Dr. Zucchero, who joins the firm as a Scientific Advisor, has expertise in the areas of chemistry, pharmaceuticals, polymer science, materials science and nanotechnology, with experience that includes preparing patent applications and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications. He previously worked for two years as a scientific advisor with a private law practice. Prior to that, he was a research chemist with a micro-optics company developing novel security and anti-counterfeiting features.

Dr. Zucchero received his B.S. from The University of the South in Chemistry, and his Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Organic Chemistry. He has co-authored numerous technical publications in a wide range of scientific journals.
