MCC Expands with Leading Electrical Patent Attorney

Meunier Carlin & Curfman announces the addition of Jonathan Waldman, a preeminent electrical patent attorney, to our leading intellectual property firm. He joins as Principal, where he brings a breadth of experience in patent prosecution, reexamination proceedings, and patent infringement studies.

Jonathan represents several Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller entities and individuals, engaged in technologies which include computer hardware and software, telephony, and financial services. He handles matters involving software design and paradigms, computer hardware, gaming platforms and peripherals, advanced mathematics, encryption, web-based inventions, user interfaces, communications protocols, software APIs, and hardware interfaces.

A longtime colleague of the firm, Jonathan will further expand our highly regarded electrical patent practice.

Jonathan’s scientific training is in electrical engineering, with a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University and a master’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara. After receiving his graduate degree in electrical engineering, Jonathan enrolled at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he received his law degree.
