IP Litigation Associate

Job Description

Meunier Carlin & Curfman seeks a Litigation Associate with two to four years of intellectual property (IP) litigation experience. Excellent writing, oral communication and interpersonal skills and excellent academic credentials are required. Member of the Patent Bar or Patent Bar eligible candidates preferred, and patent prosecution experience considered favorably.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar admission.

Prefered Qualifications

• Experience with patent prosecution.
• Registration before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, or strong interest and eligibility to become registered, is highly beneficial.
• Technical or technical background and experience.
