Meunier Carlin & Curfman is pleased to announce the addition of David Moreland to its partnership effective July 1, 2014. The announcement follows the addition of several new Intellectual Property attorneys to the firm’s practice, bolstering its capacity to serve clients. The firm has more than tripled its size in its four year history.

Mr. Moreland is a registered patent attorney whose practice focuses on all aspects of litigation and counseling, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation enforcement and defense. He represents clients in an array of industries and technologies, including payment systems, computer architecture and software, and telecommunication systems and networks, among others. He has been recognized as a Georgia Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in the area of Intellectual Property Litigation. Mr. Moreland received his electrical engineering degree from Georgia Tech, and his law degree from Georgia State University.
