Brian is an electrical engineer and patent attorney representing clients in all phases of intellectual property development, protection, and enforcement. Brian’s expertise lies in his writing and advocacy skills for complex subject matters, and Brian has worked for over twenty years to develop his ability to express the story of an inventor’s concept within the context of United States and international laws regarding intellectual property. Brian represents inventors, artists and makers, authors, and commercial enterprises in all aspects of patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, as well as contracts and license agreements for intellectual property transactions. Brian is adept in assisting other lawyers who specialize in litigation and brings his perspective to litigation group projects on a regular basis.
