Meunier Carlin & Curfman LLC (“MCC”) announces the promotion of Bjorn Anderson to its partnership effective January 1, 2018.

With a background in electrical engineering, Bjorn counsels clients on patent matters related to computer hardware/software, electrical, and mechanical technologies.  Bjorn is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy (with a B.S.E.E. degree) and former submarine officer who served on a ballistic missile submarine.  He received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law.  Bjorn has spent the majority of his legal career in private practice and has also served as an in-house IP counsel at a Fortune 500 company.  Bjorn leverages his diverse military, engineering, and legal experiences to assist clients with protecting intellectual property.
