Meunier Carlin & Curfman LLC (“MCC”) announces the promotion of Jessica Keesee and Don Prather to its partnership effective January 1, 2020.

Jessica’s practice focuses on patent prosecution, due diligence, portfolio management, litigation and post-grant review within the areas of mechanical, medical device and electrical technologies. She represents a number of large medical device manufacturers in both patent prosecution and post-grant reviews.

Don’s practice focuses on prosecuting patents in the pharmaceutical, chemical and biotechnology industries. Don proudly calls many leading research universities and institutions his clients, and he prepares and drafts patent applications for cutting-edge innovations from these entities. He is involved in various organizations, including the Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM) and GeorgiaBio.
