Renowned IP litigator, Shane Nichols, joins Meunier Carlin & Curfman LLC, further strengthening its nationally recognized intellectual property litigation practice. Shane joins as Principal, combining his decades of litigation experience with MCC’s intellectual property litigation group to serve key clients and industries throughout the country.

Joining from McDermott Will & Schulte, Shane focuses on helping clients identify the most effective strategies for resolving complex patent infringement and trade secret disputes. He serves as lead litigation and trial counsel for clients across a broad range of industries, including food and beverage, financial services, telecommunications, and medical devices. In addition to his extensive trial court experience, he has argued on behalf of clients before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit.
