Meunier Carlin & Curfman LLC (“MCC”) announces the promotion of Warren Thomas to its partnership effective January 1, 2019.  He joined MCC in 2014 and quickly became one of the most diligent and dedicated attorneys of the firm.

“Warren is passionate about helping his clients achieve favorable results in their IP disputes,” said Chris Curfman, MCC’s managing partner. “His legal acumen is imperative for our firm, and we are proud that he is now one of MCC’s leaders.”

Warren focuses his practice on IP litigation and post-grant proceedings. Previously a technology consultant and software developer for an international IT and business process services company, Warren leverages his corporate experience to gain understanding of his clients’ business goals in intellectual property. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles A. Pannell, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Warren received his B.S. in computer science and mathematics from the University of Georgia, and he received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law.
